Questions
Who is FUSIX for?
General contractors and project leads running active residential and light commercial jobs. We’re GC-first: coordination and an AI assistant on the information layer—not accounting or estimating software.
How do I get access?
We’re invite-only during beta. Request an invite and we’ll reach out when a spot opens. If you already have credentials, use Login for the web projects app.
How do I add people to a project?
Every job gets a people list—subs, the owner, designers, your crew. Add them once per project (or pull from your address book on mobile) so Fusix and your team know who’s who. Invite by email when you want them in the app; keep phone-only contacts on the record when you don’t.
How is pricing billed?
Tiers on the Pricing page are draft beta pricing. Checkout and Stripe billing are not live on the marketing site—request an invite and we’ll align you with a plan during beta.
Where is my data stored?
Project data lives in our cloud database behind the same API as the app. Files upload to secure object storage. We don’t sell your job data.
How is FUSIX different from other construction PM tools?
Many tools try to run your whole back office. We focus on five project tabs, Fusix as the assistant, and GC coordination on the information layer—not accounting, estimating, or software that only makes sense at a desk.
Can I use FUSIX on Android?
Android is planned. iOS is the beta focus today. See Get the app for store links when they’re live, or request an invite for TestFlight.
Does FUSIX replace my accounting or estimating software?
No. FUSIX is the information and coordination layer on top of the jobs you’re already running—lists, schedule, files, and chat—not QuickBooks or a takeoff tool.
How do I sign in on the web?
Use the Login link in the header. It opens the projects web app (magic link / Google / Apple, same identity as mobile when linked).
